GB Hoosier Hushpuppy Mix contains everything you need to create delicious hushpuppies. A blend of corn meal,wheat flour, garlic, parsley, kosher salt, chopped onion, and cayenne makes for a perfectly seasoned and tender hushpuppy. Follow the instructions on the box or try this variation:

Mix together the following:
2 quarts of GB Hoosier Hushpuppy Mix
1/2 gallon of buttermilk
1 cup of sweet corn

For best results, use a melon baller to scoop dough into the fryer. Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
